Additional Information

Recommendations

  • The care of children in wet areas is the responsibility of the parents.
  • All reservations, whether individual or group, must be paid in full before the check-in date at the hotel.
  • When dealing with group bookings, accommodations will be multiple. In case single accommodations are required, they will be charged by filling the remaining spaces with the rate.
  • The scheduling of pre-blockings will only be done one month before the requested date and will be confirmed according to the hotel's availability.
  • In mid and high seasons, to ensure an equitable distribution of rooms and provide a comfortable experience for all members of the groups, we have established a requirement regarding the percentage of double rooms allowed in each reservation.
  • Additional services such as adventure sports, visits to parks, or transportation, accidents, incidents, or breaches are not the responsibility of the hotel.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

  • The hotel considers a passenger as an infant when they are under 2 years old at the travel date. Therefore, they do not pay for accommodation, do not have the right to a bed in the room, and the payment of the hotel insurance must be made.
  • Minors traveling alone, with a guardian, or with a relative who is not their parent must present at reception.
  • The original notarized permission (signed by both parents) must be presented, and please note that a copy of this document must be sent BEFORE checking into the hotel.
  • Birth certificate of the minor and a copy of the identification of the person(s) issuing the authorization.
  • Adults must present their identification document, Citizenship Card or, if foreign, a valid passport.
  • If at the time of check-in at the hotel, you do not meet all the requirements indicated here, entry will not be allowed and any penalties applicable for the travel date will be charged.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For individual reservations with full or partial payment, in which changes (such as date changes, reduction of passengers/rooms) are desired, the following penalties apply:
  • Notification one week before arrival: No refund will be issued; the balance will remain as a deposit for a new reservation valid for 3 months. (Subject to rate changes).
  • If the cancellation is made 48 hours before arrival, no refund will be issued, and the reservation will not be rescheduled for another date.
  • If the cancellation is made 1 month in advance of the arrival date, the reservation will be refunded, and the hotel will deduct financial expenses.
  • Date changes or cancellations, reservation confirmations are only accepted via email at hotelsantacatalinasangil@gmail.com for refund support. If there is no support, no refunds or changes will be made.
