Recommendations

  • WE DO NOT HAVE A RESTAURANT. However, if you make a reservation, our housekeeper can prepare a delicious dinner. The menu available for dinner is usually “traditional menu of the day”. We also have a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Our rooms have traditional windows called portholes, none of them have their own or private balcony.
  • We are in a rural area. 20 minutes from the urban area of ​​the municipality of Salento-Quindío. Access to the farm is by uncovered cart.
  • Our rooms are not wheelchair accessible as we preserve the original architecture of the fine house.
  • We recommend the use of mosquito repellent.
  • Hotel Finca El Ocaso Salento does not have a transportation service. However, it is possible to coordinate this service with the reception so that a third party facilitates the service.

High Season

  • March 22 – March 31 (Holy Week).
  • July 1 – August 31.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

  • All prices include traditional breakfast, traditional Finca Ocaso coffee tour and hotel insurance.
  • Rate per night per room
  • Check in 3:00pm - Check out 11:00am

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Notices of cancellations, modifications to the travel date or refund requests must be sent in writing at least 1 month in advance of the reservation (Failure to comply with this will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation value).
  • If the reservation does not show up, the number of PAX decreases or the site decides not to take the service, a No Show of 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
  • Colombian guests must pay 19% VAT on the property. Foreigners are exempt by presenting their passport with a stamp of entry to the country less than three months old.
  • No reservation is considered confirmed if 100% payment has not been made before the service is provided.
  • If for reasons of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances the agreed service cannot be fulfilled, FINCA EL OCASO SALENTO will make every effort to provide other lodging options. Regarding these variations, you will not have the right to any compensation.
