Exchanges and Returns Policy

At La Siembra Coffee and Travel, we strive to offer quality products and memorable experiences. We understand that there are circumstances that may require exchanges or returns. Here we present our adapted policy, considering the perishable nature of our coffee products:

 

Products: Coffee Beans and Ground Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of our products (coffee beans and ground) there are some limitations, we cannot offer exchanges or returns after the products have been delivered, except if the error is caused by La Siembra Coffee and Travel.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrectly, please send an email to info@lasiembracoffeeandtravel.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

This information must be submitted within 2 weeks of delivery.

We are committed to ensuring that each shipment meets our standards for freshness and quality. After 60 days from receipt of your order, we will not replace or refund any items, please check the accuracy of your package upon arrival.

Changes:

Conditions for Changes to Tours with Accommodation: Changes to the dates of tours with accommodation are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Changes to Tours without Accommodation: For changes to tours without accommodation, please contact our team at least 15 days before the scheduled date.
Returns:

Refunds on Tours with Accommodations: Cancellations on tours with accommodations must be made at least 30 days before the start date to receive a full refund, less administrative costs.

Refunds on Tours without Accommodation: Cancellations of tours without accommodation are accepted up to 15 days before the scheduled date to receive a refund, less administrative costs.
